Majesta Motors respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Majesta Motors customer application, the Majesta Staff application, and the related services at majestamotors.com.
Information we handle
The customer service may process information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle interests, reservation details and messages. The staff service is restricted to authorised personnel and may process staff account details, operational records, customer and supplier records, vehicle information, and photos or videos selected for upload.
How information is used
We use information to provide vehicle listings and reservations, respond to enquiries, administer vehicle stock and business operations, protect accounts, maintain records, troubleshoot the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, with authorised Majesta Motors personnel, when you ask us to share it, or when required by law. Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Permissions and media
The apps use internet access to display Majesta Motors services. Majesta Staff lets an authorised user choose photos or videos from their device for vehicle records. The app does not access media that the user has not selected.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. You may also stop using the service or uninstall either app at any time.
Children
These services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the services or legal requirements change, and the new date will appear above.
